Are there any discounts?

Yes.

Member discount 
Members save $400+ on Convention registration fees as compared to non-members.  
Organizations that send 4 or more attendees will save $150 per registrant. 
 
Group discount
Groups of four (4) or more can email convention@urgentcareassociation.org  to receive a custom discount code. This code can be used by anyone in your organization to receive $150 off their Convention registration.   

How do I become a member?

You can join UCA as an individual member with your Convention registration. 
Contact membership@urgentcareassociation.org to save $400+ on Convention registration fees and additional benefits for everyone within your organization.  

Who should attend the Convention? 

Any Urgent Care professional looking to deepen their knowledge and learn from their peers should attend the Urgent Care Convention. Content includes clinical, operational, and leadership sessions.   

When does the actual Convention begin? 

Reconnect with friends, meet new people and have a drink on Saturday, May 3 at 5:00 p.m. Educational programming for the Convention begins at 8:00 a.m. sharp on Sunday, May 4.  

Will there be a virtual option? 

No, we look forward to seeing you in Dallas. 

What should I wear? 

While there is no official dress code for the Convention, attendees can be comfortable wearing business casual dress and speakers wearing business professional dress. Make sure you are professional yet comfortable; you will be walking a lot, so comfortable shoes are highly recommended. Conference spaces tend to be very air conditioned, so bring a jacket or sweater to stay warm.  

Will the sessions be recorded? 

Sessions will only be delivered live in Dallas. 

Will I have access to the sessions I cannot attend during the event?  

Yes, registrants will have access to all session presentations and resources for 90 days afterwards on the Convention app/website.   

Are guest tickets available for the Convention? 

Guest tickets may be available for purchase on site.   

Will the annual Members Meeting(s) take place at the Convention?  

Yes.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?  

Yes, cancellations may be made within your registration profile. Refunds initiated on or before April 18, 2025 are subject to a 15% processing fee. Refunds initiated on or after April 19, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. (Check the Exhibitor Terms and Conditions for exhibit booth or badge cancellation details.)   

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?  

Yes, this may be done within your registration profile at any time.  

When does registration close? 

Registration does not close until the end of the event. Last minute, on-site registrations will still be welcomed. 

Are there any scams we should know about?

Yes, unfortunately there is a common issue facing UCA and the event industry as a whole: Phone and email scammers are targeting Convention exhibitors and attendees. Scam methods may include contacting you to book your hotel stay with fraudulent information or selling an exhibitor or attendee list. 
If the domain from which the email originates is not urgentcareassociation.org or our event software, Cadmium.com, it is a scam. Do not engage and block sender. Forward any emails to convention@urgentcareassociation.org. 
Be sure to whitelist our email address convention@urgentcareassociation.org to ensure proper messaging is received

Accreditation Statement

The Urgent Care Association (UCA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.    

Designation Statement

The Urgent Care Association designates the 2025 Urgent Care Convention for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.   

What non-physician organizations accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™?

American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Association of Critical-care Nurses (AACN), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). It is recommended to check with your accrediting body to confirm that they accept these credits and what documentation is needed to report them.
