Due to the unique strains of urgent care medicine, providers often feel like they are out on their own and disconnected. On top of this, morale injury and burn out are at high rates with recent data showing burn out rates between 30 and 50% in NPs, PAs and Physicians. We cannot expect our providers to be able to provide high quality care to our communities without feeling a sense of identity, support and purpose in the overall mission. How do we do this?
