We will review one of the biggest management difficulties in urgent care medicine; how to spot a chest pain patient who has a life-threatening diagnosis. We will explore unusual presentations of 'The Big Three' diagnoses of ACS, PE, and TAD as well as less common serious diagnoses and present an urgent care approach for safe disposition.
