Marisa Rodriguez, MPAS, PA-C, CAQ-Peds

Marisa Rodriguez is a physician assistant who graduated from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in 2003 and obtained her Master of Science, Health Sciences for Physician Assistant degree in 2020. She received a Certificate of Added Qualifications in pediatrics in 2015. Marisa is the Medical Director of PM Pediatric Care of Commack and is the Director of Physician Assistant Training. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the physician assistant program at SUNY Stonybrook. She has participated in blog posts, research opportunities, and has published in Clinical Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Since 2015, Marisa has lectured and ran suture workshops at the Pediatric Urgent Care Conference. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and has been a PA Ambassador for the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants.
