April Gillam is a seasoned healthcare operations executive who is passionate about improving outcomes through organizational transformation. Previously the COO of Urgent Care for Kids by Goodside Health, she has been instrumental in scaling processes, people, and business development execution in the on-demand care industry for over 10 years. While at UC4K, she led multiple acquisition and consulting management projects, as well as launched DTC and education based telemedicine service lines. After developing collegiate COVID-19 testing programs for the Big XII conference, American Athletic conference, the College Football Playoff Committee in 2020, April made the transition to at Solv Health. April currently acts as the Head of Industry Strategy and Consulting at Solv Health, is an active urgent care investor, and serves as co-chair on the Urgent Care Association Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion commission.
