I started my career at Johns Hopkins with 9 years managing hospital and professional claims. [2] promotions led to experience in front and backend RCM. I obtained my master's degree in healthcare management, with a concentration in communication. I went on to become a senior client manager, overseeing a $29M book of business in all specialties, including urgent care. I am now a senior sales executive and subject matter expert in artificial intelligence and services in healthcare.

I have more than 23 years' experience in healthcare RCM. I was a certified coder for many years and a subject matter expert in accounts receivable. My master's degree specializes in healthcare management with a concentration on communication. My career goal is to become a keynote speaker across the nation and share my knowledge on artificial intelligence, its subsets and use cases. I am currently on the HFMA MD chapter committee and spearheading an AI panel in October 2025.
