Sheterra Jenkins, MSML, MAES

Sheterra Jenkins has dedicated over 25 years to the healthcare industry, driven by a commitment to improving patient care and operational efficiency. She began her career in medical records at Texas Children's Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Since 2000, Sheterra has been a vital part of Harris Health, serving in roles including Patient Financial Services, Patient Access Management, Administration, and Operations. Currently, she manages Same Day Clinics, Urgent Care, Oral Surgery, and EC Telemedicine.

Sheterra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, a Master of Arts in Educational Studies, and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governor's University. She is certified with a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Outside of work, Sheterra enjoys reading, writing, and organizing, activities that fuel her creativity and attention to detail.
