Physician Assistant with over 26 years of experience in Urgent Care medicine, also certified as a Professional Coder and Evaluation and Management Coder for the past 11 years. Founder of Coding Excellence, LLC, a medical coding and documentation consulting firm, and a regular contributor to Evidenced-Based Urgent Care Medicine, the College of Urgent Care Medicine, and the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine. I present on Coding and Documentation Excellence at national medical conferences and have been an active member of Novant Health’s Advanced Practice Providers Leadership team for the past 9 years.
