Roger Wu, MD, MBA

National Medical Director
Carbon Health

Dr. Roger Wu is a practicing emergency and urgent care physician who currently serves as the National Medical Director at Carbon Health, a tech-enabled urgent care and primary care medical practice with approximately 100 clinics across the United States. In his role, he works closely with the medical, operational, and product teams to strive towards a rewarding and sustainable practice environment for clinicians. Prior to Carbon Health, Dr. Wu served in a variety of hospital leadership roles, including ED Medical Director, Chief of Staff, and Chief Residency. He completed his emergency medicine training at Brown University / Rhode Island Hospital and dual MD/MBA education at Tufts University. He resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, and outside of medicine, enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
