I have a real passion for positive change. What we do matters. What we say matters. Providing opportunities to improve ourselves and the work we do drives my motivation every day. With my unique background in learning and development, as well as change management, my approach to strategy, planning, and implementation produces learning experiences that everyone can grow from.

In addition, I have a master’s in healthcare administration, which I put to good use aligning my expertise to the unique challenges facing healthcare professionals. As the workplace continues to shift and morph, I’m already making plans for a better tomorrow.
