I am a pediatrician interested in bringing academic medicine to communities with significant barriers to care locally, nationally and internationally. I have a background in emergency, pulmonary and urgent care services, and I have worked both in academic and community hospitals.
I now work at the nation's largest urgent care specialized for pediatric patients, PM Pediatrics, where we bring clinical excellence to communities nationwide and continue to grow in this mission with 70+ offices from DC to Alaska and a telemedicine platform
I have volunteered for years with Operation Smile as a PACU intensivist and, similarly, this organization brings safe surgical and clinical excellence to communities around the world that otherwise would not be able to access this quality of care.
I am a physician leader in my organization interested in learning more about how younger generations of physicians are approaching careers in medicine and how they view and are managed by older generations of physicians.
I am interested in expanding representation in medicine in all leadership roles.
