She began her career in the Emergency Department, where she worked for approximately five years, before transitioning to Urgent Care four years ago. In 2024, Meagan assumed the role of nurse supervisor in Urgent Care. She is dedicated to fostering teammate engagement and development while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
