I am an adaptive and innovative leader, with extensive experience across emergency services, public sector organisations and health. Involved in all things about women in leadership, paramedicine, and the building of inclusive and innovative models of care that meet the changing needs of our communities. I have 30+ years’ experience as an Intensive Care Paramedic across Metropolitan and Rural Regions in front line and senior management roles, delivering outcomes, in the face of increasing service expectations in often constrained and complex environments.
Motivated to continuously improve, contributing to research, presentations, and publications focusing on improving health outcomes in vulnerable communities.
My proudest moments include establishing the Council of Ambulance Authorities Women in Leadership group, being honoured with an Australian Meritorious Service Award and my two children.
