Since 2018, I've served as VP of HR at Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care, working closely with leadership to boost employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, payroll, and leadership development for over 400 team members. My journey has also taken me through roles at ADP, Community Health Center, and Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic in New Haven.

With over 25 years in human resources, I blend strategic vision with hands-on expertise in recruitment, retention, compensation, labor relations, and training. I’m passionate about helping organizations hit their strategic goals while effectively managing risk.

I thrive on building genuine, trusted relationships and stay actively engaged in the HR community through platforms like Vistage, the SHRM Executive Network, and by serving on the board for HRACC.
