Dr. Jenna White is an emergency and EMS physician at the University of New Mexico. She has been extensively engaged in the work of reducing morbidity and mortality among pregnant and postpartum patients over the last several years by addressing systemic shortcomings in the recognition and treatment of these patients in non-obstetric care settings. She currently serves as Chair of a working group jointly convened by the CDC Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Reduction Team and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to combat maternal mortality in emergency care environments.
