Change is the only constant. As clinicians and medical directors, our aptitude to adapt and lead through change plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality patient care and a healthy medical practice. During this session, through a clinician lens and an “M&M” case-based format, we will share recent real-world challenges in our urgent care practice and the lessons learned in change management unique to leading clinicians.
